Skyrim Legendary Editon, Saved By A Mammoth, Bullied By Bandits And The Handgun Was Insane!

In my recent Skyrim Legendary Edition gameplay livestream, I welcomed everyone
back to the channel and mentioned how my internet connection was very unstable
during the stream. I often saw red in OBS, which made the experience choppy,
and I wouldn’t blame anyone for not wanting to stick around if the stream was
unwatchable.

Last time, I received a quest to kill the bandit leader located at Silent
Moon’s Camp in Whiterun. Unfortunately, my character died after being shot by
an arrow from the bandits. At that time, I had Uthgerd and Lucia in my party.
Lucia was the little orphan girl I had recruited for 250 gold (or septims)
with the hope of making her a healer. However, I found out that option wasn’t
available for her. Since Lucia couldn’t fight—and even though she was
technically immortal in the world of Skyrim—I needed someone who could
actually help me in battle. Therefore, I decided to part ways with her in
Whiterun, even though I spent 250 septims on her—it wasn’t a huge loss.

Before heading to Silent Moon’s Camp, I also completed Ysolda’s quest to find
her a Mammoth Tusk, which I got from a dead mammoth near the camp. It wasn’t
much of an adventure, but it felt good to check another task off my list!

I decided to focus on defeating the bandit leader at Silent Moon’s Camp again,
even though I had a couple of other side quests to complete. I wanted to
tackle this quest first because it would give me important experience points
to help me beat my enemies in Skyrim.

I still had Uthgerd with me, who was helping me navigate the chaos. I needed
to buy a horse, but my funds were limited. Running through the game felt fine,
and even though I didn’t have many mods, my PC’s performance caused slow
loading times.

Last time, I was killed in the same area, but there were no dead bodies left
to mark the spot. I quickly realized that Skyrim could be unforgiving; even a
basic bandit or guard could take me down. Unlike in vanilla Skyrim, where I
would reload a save, my character simply respawned. If I had a filled soulgem,
I could respawn where I died, but since I didn’t have one, I found myself back
in Whiterun.

I needed to level up my archery skills because I was using bows and arrows
more than my other weapons. There are definitely high-level NPCs among the
ordinary ones, which made my adventure even more challenging. I wasn’t sure if
those high-level enemies were also in dungeons.

As I encountered a bandit plunderer, I tried to use Uthgerd as bait to
hopefully defeat him, but it didn’t work out as I had planned; the bandits
dealt a lot of damage. I preferred to avoid nighttime adventures because they
could be dangerous.

After resting to regain my strength, I found myself facing another bandit
plunderer who seemed to have regained his health, making things more difficult
than I expected.

During the chaos, I was saved by a mammoth, which was a surprising turn of
events. After taking down the plunderer, I still needed to confront the rest
of the bandits inside the building. However, I got caught off guard. I
realized I needed to buy some filled soulgems so that when I died, I could
respawn at the same place.

I quickly discovered that my health was very low due to a powerful bandit who
dealt significant damage. I had forgotten I could raise the dead, but I wasn’t
sure if I had enough magic to do so. Fortunately, I managed to raise an
ordinary bandit to help me in the fight.

Despite my struggles, I enjoyed the sense of adventure in the game—facing
powerful enemies and the thrill of battle. My raised companion didn’t last
long, but I hoped he could assist me. I had to rely on my tactics to survive
against the overwhelming odds.

After a series of close encounters and some embarrassing moments, including
getting killed by the bandits and running away from giants, I realized I
needed to buy bullets for my handgun from Adrianne, though I knew I would need
a lot of bullets.

I managed to defeat the giant, but I still needed to take down the bandit
boss. I also realized that buying bullets was easier than crafting them. My
adventure continued as I searched for better gear and prepared for the next
battle while facing the challenges of the game.

I wrapped up the stream, thanking everyone for watching and encouraging them
to follow me on Rumble, YouTube, and Twitch.
