Jack Bai – CEO of GST and Bake
Jack Bai is a seasoned internet technology entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the financial and telecommunication software industries. He has a proven track record of successfully founding and exiting multiple companies. Jack has been actively involved in the crypto space since 2015, developing a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its transformative potential. He is deeply engaged in FinTech and payment solutions and was a founder of the Coalculus Blockchain, which provides enterprise-ready blockchain-as-a-service solutions for financial institutions and enterprises. His visionary leadership is set to steer Bake towards groundbreaking innovations in the crypto industry.
Shayne Tan – COO of GST and Bake
Shayne Tan holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Singapore Management University and is recognized as a FinTech leader in distributed ledger technology. With over seven years of experience in operations and management, primarily in high-growth companies.
At GST, he led innovations in digital asset exchanges, digital wallets, and cross-border payment solutions. Actively involved in the crypto space since 2016, he has gained deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of blockchain technology.
Prior to his leadership at Bake, Shayne was a director at Angrafx. Today, he serves as the Director of GSTechnologies and GS Fintech, overseeing innovation and business expansion in blockchain-powered financial solutions.

- Tone Goh: Holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA in International Business from the University of San Francisco. Tone brings over 25 years of experience in corporate real estate advisory, asset management, finance, and development. He has held executive positions on the boards of several international companies specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
- Galvin Bai: Possesses deep knowledge and extensive experience in the workflow and processes of the payment and remittance business in Singapore and beyond.
- Malcolm Groat: A Chartered Accountant and MBA graduate, Malcolm’s early career with PwC in London was followed by CFO, COO, and CEO roles in various businesses.
- Lord Christopher Wellesley: An experienced banking and capital markets executive with over 30 years in senior roles across the UK, Hong Kong, and the USA.
