Group A – Crystal-Clear Affair?

- Team Spirit
- Team Vitality
- MOUZ
- FaZe Clan
- Team Falcons
- Astralis
- Huns
- Virtus.pro
Compared to Group B, the BLAST Open Spring Group A is incredibly straight forward. Indeed, with randomized seeding, the two tournament CS2 odds favourites of Team Spirit and Team Vitality are both here.
Vitality just won ESL Pro League Season 21 the other week while Team Spirit won the BLAST Bounty Spring as recently as January.
The pressing question for Group A is figuring out who’ll be finishing in third place. From the candidates, MOUZ is a clear option after managing to clench an impressive second-place finish at the ESL Pro League after taking down FURIA, Falcons, Liquid, G2 and Spirit.
Otherwise, FaZe and Falcons could make it interesting.
BLAST Open Spring Group B – No Man’s Land

- The MongolZ
- Natus Vincere
- G2 Esports
- Team Liquid
- Eternal Fire
- FURIA
- M80
- Imperial Esports
From a budding Asian side, The MongolZ has put in the work to become a seriously consistent threat at the top of competitive Counter-Strike. Finishing 3-4th at both ESL Pro League Season 21 and IEM 2025, this team is trying to break through to the top and is hence our main favourite for Group B.
Similar to The MongolZ, Natus Vincere has done well to consistently finished 3-4th at the past few events, namely IEM Katowice 2025 and BLAST Bounty Spring 2025. Struggling to take down Spirit and Vitality, we would favour this side to be on the of the three to move on.
Meanwhile, the third seed is quite difficult to figure out. Both Team Liquid and G2 Esports placed equally at the past two CS2 tournaments, specifically a 5-8th finish at ESL Pro League S21 and 9-12th at IEM Katowice 2025. However, between the two teams, although G2 did place 3-4th at BLAST Bounty Springf, Liquid has only been eliminated in the past few times while facing Spirit and Vitality.
We’ll go with G2 Esports, but Team Liquid could easily take it.
