What Is Ogre Adventures?
Ogre Adventures is more than a story. It’s a fantasy game you play right here on the blog, one post at a time. Set in the magical realm of Ogre World, every chapter brings you face-to-face with monsters, heroes, ancient relics, cursed lands, and world-ending threats. And here’s the twist: You help what happens next! Whether you’re helping Thalira defend a village, trying to decide whether to fight or flee from a winged monster, or exploring the Land of Dragons, your decisions help shape the story.
How It Works
1. Read Daily Chapters
Each day, GameOgre will publish a new post continuing the story. These might include:
- Battles
- Magical discoveries
- New characters
- Enemy threats
- Story choices
2. Make Choices
At the end of many chapters, a decision will be faced. For example: “Do you charge into the undead crypts… or send Zymera to scout first?” You can post what you want to do in the comments. The best choice determines what happens next!
3. Meet Heroes, Villains, and Factions
In between chapters, we’ll post:
- Character Spotlights – like the Blue Ogre Girl Squad
- Villain Profiles – from Malcolm Malice to the Riders of Doom
- Lore Drops – history of places like the City of the Iron Club
- Maps & Banners – visual worldbuilding
4. Ogre Ideas and Suggestions
You can suggest a plan of action for each chapter and comment your theories or ideas. Some suggestions and ideas will be chosen and will then be incorporated into the next chapter. The best ideas and suggestions could have more world building impact such as a major new character, a new villain, a new ability, a new location, or even a major plot-line. You can even introduce yourself as a playable ogre warrior! The key here is to be creative while still staying in the Ogre World.

All of Ogre Adventures unfolds in Ogre World, a sprawling land filled with:

- Monster-infested caverns

The ogres are fighting for other monsters and themselves for survival! Every post pushes the world closer to salvation… or destruction!
